Composition

The Ritual

Butter after the shower, oil at the pulse points, mist through the room, the candle for the last hour. One composition, tuned separately for skin, oil, air, and flame.

Shipping & Returns

Ships in 4–5 weeks; every batch cures a full week first. Unopened pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full ingredient lists on every label; leave-on formulas follow IFRA guidelines.

The Body

Whipped body butter — shea, mango, jojoba and squalane at full fragrance concentration. Applied warm from the shower, it carries the scent through the day.

The Pulse

Perfume oil at parfum strength — rolled where the pulse runs closest: wrist, throat, behind the ear. A slow-release base binds the suede and amber to skin's own warmth.

Room and linen mist — sheets, the reading chair, the inside of the wardrobe. Two passes hold the room until you return to it.

The Flame

The same fragrance as the rest of the vault, hand-poured into wax — heat turns the amber brighter. Cotton wick, frosted glass, roughly sixty-five hours of burn.

The Grand Collection is a small-batch fragrance house made in Philadelphia. Each release is a single composition carried through four forms — butter for skin, oil for pulse points, mist for rooms and linen, and a candle — so one scent can hold an entire evening.

We release in numbered vaults of fifty. Every set is weighed to the hundredth of a gram, batch-logged, and rested a full week before it ships. Your number is yours in every release that follows.

The Collection is built on three ideas. Presence — a fragrance should announce you quietly, and hold the room after you've entered it. Memory — the scents that matter are the ones that return you somewhere; we compose for the moment you'll want back. Ambiance — every fragrance has a setting it was made for, which is why each release is tuned four ways: for skin, for oil, for air, for flame.

Each release carries an original dotwork — drawn point by point, the way the fragrance itself was built.

The Founder

The Grand Collection began at Dominic Walton II’s kitchen scale in Philadelphia — one jar, one blend, one evening at a time. What started as a search for a scent that couldn't be bought became a practice: build slowly, weigh everything, release nothing before it's rested. Vault Nº 1 is the first of those evenings made public.

What does Rendezvous with Destiny smell like?

A flash of tart green apple and cardamom over saffron suede, orris, and dry vanilla — settling into sandalwood and warm musk. Sensual, unisex, built for long wear. You won’t place the opening at first. That’s the point.

When does my vault ship?

Four to five weeks from reservation. Every batch cures a full week before it leaves — the scent needs the rest, and so does the wax.

Is everything skin-safe?

Yes. Every leave-on formula follows IFRA guidelines, and full ingredient lists ship on every label. As with anything new, we recommend a patch test.

What exactly is limited to fifty?

The Vault — all four pieces in one numbered set, 1 through 50 — plus three things that are never sold separately: a 5 mL pure-parfum extrait, a 1-of-1 dotwork print generated uniquely for your number (no two exist alike), and the number itself, which carries first access — and the right to claim the same number — in every release that follows. Fifty sets per scent. When they're gone, the edition closes for good.

Can I buy pieces individually?

Yes. Every piece — body butter, perfume oil, room & linen mist, and the candle — is available on its own from the Shop while the batch lasts. Only the numbered Vault set is limited to fifty.

What if it's not for me?

Unopened pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to us and we'll make it right.

How many vaults can I order?

One per person. Each set is a numbered 1-of-1, and fifty people should hold them — not five people holding ten. Duplicate vault orders are automatically refunded. Individual pieces are limited to five per order.

Can I buy more than one vault?

No — one vault per person. Each set is a numbered 1-of-50 with its own unique dotwork; the edition only means something if every number finds a different home. Checkout is limited to one set, and duplicate vault orders are refunded. Individual pieces have no such limit.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor — the same infrastructure behind millions of online stores. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by The Grand Collection.
